In this 3-month program, dive into engaging lectures, workshops, and hands-on projects led by industry experts and mentors. Get one-on-one coaching, guidance, and support throughout your journey. Sharpen your data thinking, analyzing and storytelling skills, and by graduation, you'll become a part-time junior data analyst or data engineer on one of our data teams!

What you’ll learn
Gain a deep understanding of the online presence industry and the data ecosystem behind it. Learn to ask the right questions, identify opportunities, and design solutions that bridge business needs with advanced data systems.
You'll master how to think critically, uncover insights, and approach challenges like an expert as Business Analysts and Data Engineers, driving success in a product-driven company.
Master the art of transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive decisions. Analyze large-scale data using leading data tools, and gain hands-on experience in data methodologies.
Whether you're building scalable pipelines or finding themes in user behavior, you'll create meaningful impact with data.
Design and maintain data infrastructure while managing data governance for security and quality. Connect the dots to see the bigger picture, and craft compelling stories from your findings.
With the right tools, techniques, and storytelling skills, you’ll communicate impactful themes to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.

Program requirements
We’re looking for ambitious, business-oriented, passionate students who are eager to learn how data analysis or data engineering can impact businesses, products and millions of users worldwide.
Student
BS/BA student in a quantitative field with at least 1 year left to complete your degree (graduating in July 2026 or later) for the BA track, or at least 2 years left to complete your degree (graduating in July 2027 or onward) for the DE track.
In-person
Able to attend our program (starting August 10, 2025) at the Wix Campus at least 4 days a week before the school year starts (mid-August to mid-October) and during school, you’re available to work 3 days a week (2 days a week in the office) until you graduate.
English
Ability to present your work and communicate in English.
Hard skills
Python and SQL coding capabilities for the DE track.
Ambition
Passionate about data and how it can be used to solve business problems.

As owners of the Wix Data pipelines and infrastructure, data engineers are experts in developing data processes based on the best and most up-to-date methodologies and technologies. Their tech stack includes SQL, Python and Spark, Presto/Trino, Airflow, Snowflake, Big Query and more. They work closely with data stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and deliver accurate, certified data assets. Their efforts enable efficient data utilization and self-service capabilities and contribute to shorter time-to-market for both Wix’s internal and external users.

When does the program start and what is the program duration?

The program starts on August 10th, 2025. We'll meet four times a week at our Campus near TLV until October 2025. When the school year starts, you’ll need to be available to work at least three days a week (two in the office) until you graduate.
Is this an internship or a student job?
(02)
This is a paid student job where you'll receive 3-4 months of training before beginning work. Once the program ends, you'll join one of our BA teams and work on real-world projects that will reach millions of users.
What is expected of me during the program?

For the Business Analyst program, you will be tested on your business thinking and basic knowledge and familiarity of tools such as Google Sheets and SQL in our hiring process.
For the Data Engineer program, you will be tested on your understanding of data concepts and harnessing tools such as SQL and Python in our hiring process.
What happens after I graduate?

If you pass the program successfully, you’ll join one of our companies as a part-time Student Business Analyst or Data Engineer.
What if my application doesn’t pass?
