As owners of the Wix Data pipelines and infrastructure, Data Engineers are experts in developing data processes based on the best and most up-to-date methodologies and technology. Their tech stack includes SQL, Python and Spark, Presto/Trino, Airflow, Snowflake, Big Query, and more. They work closely with data stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and deliver accurate and certified data assets. Their efforts enable efficient data utilization and self-service capabilities and contribute to shorter time-to-market for both Wix’s internal and external users.
If you’re interested in diving into the technical aspects of the data world, such as infrastructure and related areas, the Data Engineer Student program may be the perfect fit for you.

You’ll be asked to choose which program you want to join. Please carefully review the details before making your choice, as it is not possible to apply for both programs simultaneously. Note that the screening process for each program is different.

When does the program start? How long is the program?

The program starts on August 25, 2024. We'll meet four times a week at our Campus near TLV until October 2024. When the school year starts, you’ll need to be available to work at least three days a week (two in the office) until you graduate.
Is this an internship or a student job?
(02)
This is a paid student job where you'll receive 2-4 months of training before beginning work. Once the program ends, you'll join one of our BA teams and work on real-world projects that will reach millions of users.
What is expected of me during the program?

We expect you to do your best, stay passionate, learn, and be your amazing self.
Who can apply?

You can apply if you’re a BSc/BA student in a quantitative field with 2 years left to complete your degree (graduating in July 2026).
What’s the last date to apply?

To get accepted to our August 2024 program, the last day to apply is May 9th.
Do I need to pay?

No, the program is free, and if you join, you'll be hired as a Student Analyst at Wix.
Will the program be conducted online or in person?

The program is 100% in-person.
How do I join the program?

If your application is accepted, you'll be invited to start the hiring process at the end of May.
What happens after I graduate?

If you pass the program successfully, you’ll join one of our companies as a part-time Student Business Analyst or Data Engineer.
What if my application doesn’t pass?

Unfortunately, if your application doesn’t get accepted you will not move forward in the recruitment process. You can always try applying again next year or explore other career opportunities at Wix.

You’re a BSc/BA student in a quantitative field with 2 years left to complete your degree (graduating in July 2026).
In-person
You can attend our program at the Wix Campus at least four days a week before the school year starts (end of August - October) and during school, you’re available to work three days a week (two in the office) until you graduate.
